Now it is possible, both in North Cyprus and South Cyprus, to cross districts and go to the nature. Meetings are still not permitted. No tourists, which means beaches are empty.

Further relaxing of the measurements should come after 15 May.

The COVID19 pandemic keeps Cyprus in suspense. Lockdown measures have been decreed in both the Republic of Cyprus and the unrecognised TRNC goverment. The green line is closed. Flights are are discontinued, except those connected to repartriation programmes.

The developments also affect cyprus.nekkid.eu. Originally it was planned to advertise cyprus.nekkid.eu more widely in spring and summer 2020. This is now postponed. Of course you are still encouraged to spread the word and contact us if you want to join, if you have ideas to improve the website or could otherwise contribute to the initiative.

Events are discontinued. You are still encouraged though to send us messages if you wish to come for holidays on the island at some later time – dates can be kept flexible as currently nobody knows when visitors can come again to Cyprus and under which conditions.

Temperatures are rising. The lucky ones are again those who have a sunny backgarden that is protected from the neighbours. To all others, we can at least say:
